Public chat turning itself back on automatically

Hey

There seems to be a bug with a chat. I have public chat turned off. If then open shop and press esc to close the shop and inventory windows, chat window enables public chat back on. Seems to happen every time when testing it several times. Haven’t tested if it is only shop window or not. But just inventory + esc works fine.
Playing online hardcore character if it somehow affects something.

Neither me nor my friend can make our chat a party only chat. Global chat keeps re-enabling itself when interacting with pretty much anything in the game.
