If you have any type of controller. Be it a Game Controller or HOTAS connected to your PC, Last Epoch will disable your mouse and keyboard.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the game but this still being an issue after so many years is infuriating! I have already disconnected by Joystick and my throttle but the rudder pedals under my desk still disable my KB and mouse!
I use a Controller & still have access to my keyboard & mouse, so this might be something on your end.

Yeah, it is not just you. I have a HOTAS and can’t play the game. I am NOT going to unplug or disable my HOTAS just for this game. They can fix it, or they are going to lose any chance of making money off of me, and I won’t recommend the game to anyone. This is a shame, as I like the game more than any of the other major ARPG games.
I also know, based on other forums (and this one for that matter), that others are having issues. I am glad some people don’t have a problem, but that does not mean that the problem is not with Last Epoch. It is the only game I can remember playing that does this.
