So I have a proposal for a psychiatric help thread. For use on release of the game when people have to watch all their high roll uniques and multi-exalts, and all the HC chars disappear into the ether.
Gonna need that thread for the existential crisises.
Who says there will be a character wipe?
Isnāt the ultimate goal to have āleaguesā or āseasonsā with fresh characters every so often, and then a āmainā league where you keep everything?
If so, then thereās no need for any wipes.
There will be no wipe.
All chars we currently play will stay offline chars and once Online/MP is released we will have to start from scratch. (At least if you wanna play on online servers).
You can keep playing your offline characters.
And Online/MP will even come before release, after that we will probably get a cycles eitheron release over shortly after, but no details yet and then we need to start again.
I feel like most people that donāt want to put too much time in the game currently already put the game on the sideline until we have all those features in.
I agree with Heavy. Part of the character sheet and inventory changes are meant to streamline this transition from beta to full season/legaue format from what the devs were saying in the podcast.
