Triggered 2 prophesies since I logged on and neither dropped the rewards. I got messages saying I completed the unique boots prophesy and the exalted armor prophesy, but no items dropped.
Edit: I’ve triggered 3 more prophecies and all but the Exalted Body Armor dropped this time

Just did my very first prophecy. No item drop. No point in engaging with the faction system if the primary mechanics of it don’t even work.
Edit: Not only did I complete the prophecy without the items dropping but it reset the quest I had to do my first prophecy. So I have to purchase another prophecy and try again. And yes, I did actually buy the prophecy as it spent my faction points, reset the telescope, and gave me the prophecy.
