There was another thread that I quickly looked, but it was about slightly different thing so I decided to make another.
So… I don’t quite understand these conditions listed on the prophecies. Like it says event is to kill void horrors. Then there is conditions, which says monoliths. I assume this means I need to kill x number of void horrors in monoliths, yes? I have some that have another monster type to kill x of them, but no conditions.
Are these essentially the same since I’m grinding monoliths anyway?
Sometimes there is indicators for progression for each. Sometimes not.
Im basically asking because at this point I would be expecting some of these to be completed, but they dont seem to. Am I doing something wrong? Possibly bug?
If the condition does not specific you could theoretically do them in the Campaign or Arena as well(as long as that Monster Type does spawn in those modes)
They have a) a number of monster that you need to kill of that specified type and b) some of them are repeatable a nubmer of times. Usually 1-3 times.
Also note that some of those enemy types don’t count if they come from scripted events like Void Horrors from Beacons etc.
You need to kill naturally occuring monsters (patroulling monster of that type count)
Oooh… that no scripted events may be why the void horror isnt completing.
Also, that counter in the image makes sense now, if I’m understanding it right. If, such as in this image, the prophecy event must be completed twice in a monolith. 6 kills in monolith gives only fulfilled 1/2 so its 12 total to complete it?
All this basically answers why some of these are taking time to complete. Some just don’t count and the ones that count might need to be repeated a few times anyway.
The Prophecy is completable 2 times, both give the indicated rewards.
In my screenshot I already killed 6 Void Horrors and received 4 Exalted 2H Maces.
Now I can complete it again
