Prophecy Blade (one handed sword) broken?

Prohecy Blade lvl 52 :

+39 Melee Damage

(52% to 72%) increased Melee Elemental Damage

(50% to 12%) increased Melee Elemental Attack Speed

50% seems wayyyy to strong, and since when does the bigger number comes before the smaller ?

Crystal sword lvl 64 has almost the same stats except 8%-14% atk speed. This seems more logical to me.

I just droped a 49% increase elemental atk speed prophecy blade and it works in game. And yes its broken.

+1 to this, looks like a typo in the stats; probably intended to be a 5-12% range.
