Progress has been undone. Kind of joke?

After a quick restart of the game, my progress (gear, lvl, mono) was rolled back. Is this some kind of joke? 3 hours lost.

Same for me, got kicked out, lost 7 levels, and all quest progress for these levels.

Pick ‘Technical Issues’ from the drop down and provide your:

  • Display Name
  • Character Name
  • Date & Time you noticed the loss (with your time zone or UTC)
  • What type of data was lost
  • How much gameplay time was lost
