where is this company from that they are blocking more words then my grade 3 teachers? i have the filter OFF and i cant chat with my friend cause even the most mild of words is completely censored and the whole message doesnt go through. super annoying. and completely unneeded since you can put your own profanity filter on.
no one cares about the children. lighten up with the censorship.
Game was made by redditors, what did you expect. They probably just bought the one asian games use that barely lets you even communicate it blocks the silliest stuff.

It blocks even reasonable conversation at times.
(while also strangely allowing things much worse)
I read somewhere that the filter is AI and itās still learning.
This all seems ridiculous.
Iāll genuinely try to help someone, type it out and explain it to them just for it to be filter. I just give up. Then the person will sit there and spam the same thing over and over. Now the guy canāt get an answer and I have to keep seeing it. 
Remember when people could just police themselves and if they didnāt like what someone ways saying they would mute them. Ah those were the days before we all got tossed in the crib and a pacifier shoved in our mouths.
Really? Think Poe is going to lose a LOT of good will and players with this bombastic 3 day bans they impose on any moron who reports people with or without any reason. So meh. On the other hand, itās been a while and albeit it migth have been odd, I think it generally was ok?
i get baning hate speech but theres alot of really mundane words you cant use. its a game about slaughtering oceans of creatures. you have dead things everywhere. and the company sells cosmetics in game to any kid with moms card. but i cant say anything to my friends? completely ridiculous and insulting to the player base imo.
One singled saved hurt feeling is worth millions of people being constantly infantilized and inconvenienced.
I personally havenāt had issues with my words being filtered out speaking now and then. I remember when some older online games would filter out words like ācaveā. What common words does it filter out that are generally safe to type? Maybe if reports were sent in on which words were being filtered out, they could possibly do something about it as well as which ones were being ignored by the filter.
