I don’t think fixing bugs is nerfing builds, profane veil’s 4% is good enough for it to be a strong point and be build enabling.
It just feels like shit to play something, and seeing my friend being immortal because of bug abusing, while he doesn’t even bother to build defenses because of it. It takes away an important part of the game which is balancing damage and defenses.
