According to the text on the Hell Fire node in Profane Veil, chance to apply Ignite/Damned/Poison/Slow/Bleed will apply to Profane Veil’s Ignites per second at an increased conversion value. Unfortunately, I am only applying 1 ignite per second with this node allocated even with over 500% chance to ignite with fire skills, which according to the text of the node, should be applying 15+ ignite stacks a second on a target.
