selected this but know I cannot use the Wolf howl… it doesnt allow me to place the howl on my skill bar to cast it only gives me summon another wolf… I pathed to this aiming for Earthborn, then Rise of the Wild. Am using Sabertooth so cannot have 2 wolves out cos I want the Tooth out… i spent 35mins trying different things so I could have my Saber out, 1 wolf out and have Howl on my bar to cast… Nope. game says no 
Working as intended. Howl is only available when you have the maximum number of wolves summoned, regardless of your maximum number of companions. You need to mix-and-match your number of wolves/companions.
