Primalist Sky Warrior passive 5 point bonus doesnt work correctly

At 5 points Sky Warrior is supposed to give 10% Cooldown recovery speed for both Fury Leap and Crowstorm. It does reduce Fury Leap cooldown by .5sec, but does nothing for Crowstorm.

Im using Crowstorm as a movement ability with the Sky Passage passive point in Summon Storm Crows.

Bump same issue. The Fury Leap cooldown is reduced by Sky Warrior but Crowstorm cooldown remains the same.
