The Bear dont benefit from the nodes “Primal Resonanz” or “Lupine Attunement” in the Swipe-tree. In combat the bear can only use the “Storm Claw” so far but never activatet the Pet-Skills from my other wolves or summoned ghost wolves from my active wolves.
Not a bug. Press Alt while hovering on Swipe to see the detailed tooltip.
“This effect cannot be triggered by Claw Totems or any other Minions using Swipe”. This goes for Primal Resonance and Wild Calling.
