Pre-Alpha Patch Notes

First update during Kickstarter! Thanks everyone for your support. This time we’ve buffed minion defenses, and also addressed the stash causing the game to load slowly and The Arena to eat RAM, and so much more.



  • Buffed minion defenses in skill trees
  • Every axis on the Beastmaster grid that granted health now also grants minion health
  • Added a node to the Beastmaster grid that makes your potion also heal your minions
  • Increased the radius of minion basic attacks by 25%
  • Wolves will now leap into combat from a much greater distance if you have taken the node that gives them a leap attack
  • Nodes that grant agility or dexterity in the void knight grid have had their limit changed to 3 from 5
  • The void essence node now grants 17% chance per point, down from 25%
  • Removed the spell tag from minion skills
  • Entangling Roots no longer has a cooldown
  • Entangling Root's node that turns it into several patches now reduces aoe by 60% (up from 50%)
  • Victory Barrier on the Sorcerer Grid now grants flat ward, rather than ward as a percentage of your health
  • Arcane Momentum now grants more cast speed, but no longer stacks
  • Adjusted the wording of several tooltips


  • Improved performance of stash loading and game launching (stash will not affect game launch time)
  • Reduced drop rate of items
  • Increased drop rate of gold
  • Reduced variance of item drop numbers
  • Reduced drop rate of minion affixes
  • Shops stock 20 items instead of 30
  • Shops scale with character level
  • Eye of Reen now grants 100% ignite chance with melee attacks


  • Added a Settings and Exit Game button to the start screen
  • Added a link to the Kickstarter page at the end of the demo
  • Disabled the weapon swap indicator (Not yet functional)
  • Improved descriptions of ward on the Sorcerer Grid
  • Improved the clarity of Chain Lightning’s description
  • Inventory grids are more visible
  • Moved “Next Wave” button to the top right


  • Disabled the “Summons Ally” rare prefix on skeletons, which may have been causing the summoned ally skeletons to be undamageable
  • Increased Ice Golem health by 10%, reduced ice golem damage by 13%
  • Made the Protector Statue’s rock throw attack somewhat easier to avoid

Level Design

  • Added a training dummy to The Square
  • The Arena is now reloaded every 20 waves to avoid memory issues (the wave counter still counts up)
  • Adjusted terrain reflectiveness of several levels
  • Adjust volumetric lighting of several levels
  • Adjusted post-processing of Breirhold


  • Limited the concurrent instances of most sounds - should fix situations when the game’s sound stopped working
  • The arena now plays multiple tracks in turn, so it takes over 15 minutes to loop
  • Reduced the volume of the Ice Nova sound effect

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Erasing Strike and Swipe retaining a cooldown after despecializing if you took a node that granted one
  • Fixed the Water of Corruption node on the Void Knight grid causing severe bugs with the passive grid and saving
  • Fixed a bug that could cause minions to load into the next area incorrectly
  • Fixed a few movement issues in Ruins
  • Fixed a bug where the reward for completing 5 waves in the arena could spawn multiple times
  • Fixed a bug where the Blacksmith in the Arena could persist after you start a new wave
  • Fixed a bug that could cause the Arena to fail to spawn the next wave
  • Fixed a saving bug with the Void Spiral and Apocalypse Whirl nodes in the tempest tree
  • Fixed a bug where ability cooldowns were not showing in the ability panel

but I cant support u. I don’t have a visa card. I have a maestro. why not PayPal in the options? is so easy for me. and not only for me, to pay with PayPal.

Don’t know if EHG will have a PayPal option available but Maestro is basically Mastercard, pretty sure you can use it :slight_smile:

hmm… not working, because I have 19 digit card number.

Mastercard has just 16? I believe…

I write it down, and it tells me that is too long

Maestrocard is not working, Kickstarter even state it in there FAQ.
