Logged out before picking my class within the realm of the forgotten, now I was able to pick my mastery from Gaspar who has opened a portal to the Immortal Empire. The quest “The Power of Mastery” is still showing as incomplete (so no passive) but neither Gaspar or the Forgotten Knight will open a portal back to the Realm of the Forgotten.
