L89, trying to get through a 2nd Empowered Monolith. When I’m facing a champion, the potion drop rates are nearly zero. This does not happen to me with any other Elite/Boss monster, even including the Harbingers.
Is this normal? If so, is there a list of potion drop rates somewhere?
