I know it sounds stupid, but it works for me, and it’s easy.
Take down the “Thread Strider” pet ( the spider pet from last season’s supporter pack) and restart the game, then the fps drop issue just gone, it never happen again since my last client restart was 2~3 hours ago.

i must say no matter which pet i choose to use or no pets at alll…the stuttering and sound crackling still happens so every 2 hours of game play…its like timed bug

Its damn. Near all of the pet MTX doing this. Ever pet wife and i have tried ends up causing this issue. Preformence degrades too once sound starts to crackle.
Tbh this needs to be fixed. Many of use payed money for these and we cant even use what we payed for. If they dont fix it they should refund us for a defective product. By refund i mean the pet MTX not the game lol
Afaik yes. There was nothing in the recent patch notes about it.
Tbh this should be something that is up higher on the priority list reason is most of us payed money for them and we cant even use them or the game ends up going to shit sound and preformence wise. And from wife and i testing its not just the spider pet doing this. Its practically all of them. At peast the 20 or so we have are all causing this issue.
It likely is, but it’s possible it’s not a simple fix and they’re still trying to figure it out.
I haven’t had this issue and I always use fox+capybara, but I do play offline, so that might be why.
