Is it a bug, that it is possible to extract experimental affixes and use these shards to upgrade experimental affixes on other items? It says on the detailed affix description that affix can’t exist as a shard. Plus it is impossible to get it via shatter/remove runes except if I remove all other affixes first and shatter the item with the only affix. And the name is empty (as seen during shattering). It is also not shown in the shards list unlike armor/crit reduction affix. But the count of the shards is shown in the crafting window.
