Possible Warlock Talent - Make DoT Apply On-Hit

Whether it’s innate as soon as you choose the mastery or if it’s a talent within the tree I think this is a good possible talent to give the Warlock that relies on DoT skills and abilities.

Edit: Another possible talent would be that DoT stuff can crit.
