Portal to exit monolith does not work. Fades out when trying to enter/exit

I’m playing in offline mode with a legacy character. When I complete a monolith regular or boss echo and use the portal, it fades out and does not let me exit. I cannot exit the regular or boss monolith echo map/event and receive the rewards. I have to exit to the main map and I don’t receive any of the rewards for completing that echo. This is with the new update as of March 26

Are you playing in offline mode by chance? I have the same issue you described. Playing offline mode.

Yep. Offline mode. Repeated the error with at least 2 legacy characters, Mage and Rogue. The portal is summoned but then when you try to enter, it evaporates. You end up losing the rewards you would collect in the chest after the echo. Very frustrating.

Seeing how it’s not a common bug, I’m leaning to it being offline mode issue. Most of people probably play online mode and are playing monoliths fine

I have the same problem, but i’m playing a seasonal character in offline mode. Not ‘full’ offline, but i logged in and then i chose ‘play offline’.
