I purchased a portal effect during the early access phase (it was the glacier one) and it’s now missing ingame since full release hit steam. It doesn’t even show up in the shop. If it doesn’t exist anymore or not planned to come back/fix it, is there a chance to get the points refunded?

Same for me I went to equip it and nope its not there anymore. The frost cloak back Item I bought at the same time as the ice portal is still in my inventory and equippable but no ice/frost portal anymore.

By the way - i had the issue as well, but yesterday with the patch it seemed to be fixed. Maybe some people might re-check if it’s finally there. Cross my fingers for you. (And cross the fingers for me it’s still there xD)
