Portal out after finishing monolith node, see Screenshot, I did notice my minions blowing up animation. No ability to get loot box reward. this is the second time this has happened. only way to get back is to logout and back in. Frustrating as you lose loot and the fun of doing future ones as you never know if this will happen. Also inventory for character is blank too, Screenshot.
