Leaving the upper necropolis to the citadel sewers, I just touched the light to move from one location to another but at the last second walked back. The name of citadel sewers stayed on the screen even if it didn’t load, it says Yulia’s Haven in the video cause I tried traveling there. Anyway I cannot portal either, you click on the portal and it just dissipated.
