Who else completely appreciates as I do, with my whole video game life essence the fact that Gaspar is the name of the elder at the end of time in Last Epoch? Chrono trigger is my favorite game of all time considering when it came out(yes I’m quite old). Small Public Service Annoucement: Gaspar is also the name of the main NPC found at the end of time zone in Chrono Trigger on the SNES in 1994(ish? i didnt google this). In my opinion Chrono Trigger is the greatest rpg ever made given its release date. It gives me so much faith in the teams ability to make an absolutely fantastic rpg that they would give a nod to this. They are REAL gamers. Respect.

The dev team drew inspiration from chrono trigger for the time traveling theme of the game. No surprise they would make a nod to it
