Currently it shows “Ring”, “Shield” etc. which isn’t helpful at all:
Instead please display the actual name of the item – (optionally followed by item type or LP):
Sick of hovering over trash items really ^^
If this is a consideration, please make it a toggle! I prefer to just have the type of item showing and mouse over for details, but appreciate that others have different needs!

and names in loot filter, i just can filter on type
