In 0.9 I accidentally sold an exalted helm with +3 to Summon Bone Golem because I wasn’t holding shift down all the way when mass-selling items to a vendor. I didn’t notice what I’d done until I’d sold so many items that I couldn’t buy the helm back. I almost did something similar just now, and would like for that not to happen again.
