Please/ more experienced players

Could someone please create a tooltip or a table that would show after certain difficulty levels for all classes sufficient values of how much defensive stats a player should have at a certain level, such as:

Lvl 50 value-crit avoidance
value- armor
Etc

Monoliths…
Empowered moniths up to 100
Up to 200
Up to 300… to really work with the basic stats that every class needs, regardless of build, to survive and pass through the game without problems?
