Please give Forge Guard Uniques and Sets

I play a Forge Guard cause I guess I hate myself. While looking through a list of sets and unique to figure out what I wanted to target, I noticed that were NONE for the Forge Guard. There are no unique or set gear that gives any kind of gameplay benefit to Manifest Armor, Ring of Shields, Forge Strike, or Smelter’s Wrath. We only just go a unique for Shield Throw with 1.0 and even than the unique is very lackluster. I saw so many pieces of gear that buffed minions for and Primalist and Acolyte and was completely shocked there wasn’t a single piece of gear specifically for the Manifest Armor. Ring of Shields and Smelter’s Wrath are complete jokes as abilities and they too have no unique or set gear that helps them at all. Why do so many pieces of gear buff Void damage? How come there are no physical buffs on any unique or set gear? Why are there so many unique and sets on shields that buff mages or void? You have completely ignored the Sentinel in a lot of ways, but Forge Guard you may as well just remove from the game if you are going to treat them like the joke that they are.

Forge Guard actually has the only Sentinel Set in the game. The problem is each piece does something different making it actually worse to use as a full set instead of a one off piece for a build. That being said there is an almost non existent set of options for forge guard( hit or minion based) when it comes to uniques. Acolytes on the other hand have been so drowned in uniques they have build options not only for every type of minion( and it different elemental variations), but also every type of spell.

Two main problems seem to be the cause of this. One, sentinel as a whole is up for another balance pass to modernize it vs the other classes. Two, the forge guard scaling mechanic is very hard to balance. Forge weapons basically ask the question “What would it be like to equip your weapon 12 times?”. Except those weapons are not just your weapon, they are a better version of your weapon that also scales with 20% more attack speed. The same can be said for armor pieces that apply a 4x multiplier on your manifest armor.

Making a unique for these types of minions can be very hard as technically every weapon and armor unique release could lead to a game breaking build for them. I still think its worthwhile to try however. Not having build around uniques is kind of boring, but understand that it is a very hard line to walk.

In the mean time if you are not satisfied with using only juiced up rares I would recommend a few uniques that do actually have impact for forge guards:

Chest:
2 Legendary Potential Titan’s Heart - For Two hander builds

Gloves:
Salt in the wound No Legendary potential needed: Crit Mullti stacking Forge Strike Bleed Sword Conversion( left side of tree). Note your actual weapon would be an axe for 340% extra bleed chance off the passive tree.

Maelins Hubris No legendary Potential: Bleed conversion to ignite. You could do this off a few skills so you’d have to research what you want to do.

Combos:
Sunforged Helm + Shattered Lance set (sword + relic): Build a full regen set along side these 3 set pieces and you can have anywhere between 2000% - 2500% increased cold damage with enough base cold damage to convert all your hits to cold.

Onos Tull Chest + Taste of blood : Make a bleed build that stacks 300+ bleed and then doubles their tick rate.

Sunforged Cuirass + Sunforged Hammer - For Forged Strike Fire Hit Build ( use detonate section of tree)
