I can’t assign my right mouse button on move/interact or force move. It states that the right mouse button was already in use and cannot be assigned with any other hotkeys.
I also play MOBAs so I always want my right mouse button to move/interact when playing aRPGs.

Not in game, but you can swap mouse button assignments in your Windows Control Panel.
There are apps which will let you do the same thing for specific apps instead of globally, such as XMBC.
