Will it ever be possible to play offline?
Last week my internet connection went down for 2 whole days because of a storm and I thought I would farm a bit on LE… but was unable to because of the login screen.
Yes, it is and was planned since Kickstarter.
It’s just not confirmed, when exactly this happenes.
It will come after multiplayer, maybe before or with 1.0.

unfortunately you need internet to log in, but once in you can actually play offline. I was playing last week and my internet dropped. I was still able to play but not see any of the chat. But yes once released you won’t even need the internet to log in
