PLAYER health bar missing

Hello,

Although it is enabled in my settings, I don’t see my own health above my character

I thought I was going crazy since I didn’t see this issue reported before and no streamers seemed to suffer from it either, but I just noticed that ds_lily has the same issue too:

I am playing offline and for the whole cycle there has not been a player healthbar. Playing a squishy build is really annoying without an easy to see healthbar
