Player health bar distorts with certain ground effects

When I have the player health bar on and run Aura of Decay on an Acolyte, the health bar is distorted. Here is an image as an example:

This is problematic especially on ward-dependent builds since that’s the only way to have an at-a-glance estimate of how much ward you have.

Conversely, the health bar does not distort with Smoke Bomb on the Rogue.
