Play on nvidia geforce

Hi. My old computer is so hot and screaming when I play. I would like to play on nvidia geforce as I do with other games. Any idea when it will be possible ? Do we have to wait for the official release ?

Depends on which graphics card you have. It’s fine (if a bit slow) on my GTX 1060. I assume you don’t mean the original Geforce released in the late 90s…

Do you mean “GeForce Now”?

Afaik it’s not supported, yet.

@XLVI_carpo. When you say “Geforce now” do you mean the RTX 20xx series?

Won’t be to long before the RTX30xx series of cards will start to be released, starting with the RTX 3070, which is meant to be next month! :open_mouth:

Nope. Geforce Now is a cloud gaming service. If you have an old pc that can’t run actual games you can run these games via this service. They run on a pc in the internet. Your input is streamed to this pc and it streams the video back to you. Adds some delay but might be an alternative to buy expensive hardware.

We don’t have any immediate plans to support GeForce Now or other streaming services as doing so would entail more testing as well as additional training for our support staff. Our existing commitments have us more than busy for the moment. :smile:

That said, we’re excited to see where game streaming goes in future - we do have a desire to gradually bring Last Epoch to more platforms as we find the resources to do so.

Thanks for the reply. I hope you will allow GeForce Now to support the game in the future. It is really a comfort when you play without noise and nice graphics (what is limited with old computers).

If you mean Geforce now, that’s a cloud gaming service and I believe it will be up to the developers if they want to enable that or not.
