Fireball with Liath’s should be converted to 100% lightning, it’s not working properly though.

Adding onto this, even after fully converting Fireball to pure lightning, fire damage still scales fireballs damage and also it feels like (not 100% sure) that lightning is not buffing it nearly as it should be (perhaps only 50%?)
