With Pilgrimage node of Sentinel’s Javelin, I have Melee Ignite/Electrify Chance when Javelin is on cooldown and it works normally. But when I invested Suprise Initiative node, it does not work anymore.
The Melee Ignite/Electrify Chance is totally gone. (either before or after I dash to the flag)
