Physical Items returned

On Nov. 22nd, I received an email from a [email protected] indicating that the physical items from my supporter pack had been returned, and asking that I confirm my shipping address.

I replied, confirming my address, and I checked the address I’d originally submitted when I purchased the pack, and it was the correct address. Since then, I’ve received no update from anyone at Eleventh Hour Games. I submitted a support ticket a week or so ago, but haven’t heard anything back from that, either.

Could someone please look in to this, and get back to me with regards to what is going on?
