Looks like Pheonix Strike does not ignite with Warpath. It will ignite with a direct melee skill such as Rive.
Is this intentional? Or is it bugged?
Actually, it seems like Warpath, though listed as using Melee, will not proc ignite.
Assuming you’re using my Warpath build and this is related to the question on that build, ignite is being converted to Time Rot thanks to Apocalypse Whirl in the Warpath tree.
