When attempting to load into the first quest monolith in the level 66 Unempowered Monolith, the loading screen appears to stay up after the area has loaded in. Skills can be used (Confirmed via audio playing.) But due to the loading screen still being up, the mission cannot be completed.

The above is the Player.log, other monoliths questlines can be completed, however the Black Sun cannot.
