Recently i wanted to upgrade my bow and intended to use “cold penetration & cold minion penetration” affix, but it wasn’t available in my list. So basically I can equip lightning, fire penetration on my bow but not cold? Was it simply overlooked or is it by design?
I suppose it’s by design and simply not overlooked, since all weapons can have cold pen applied to, apart from bows.
Maybe they think it would be too OP.
