Just look at the fps drop while moving the mouse over items on the ground, there is no fix for this in game sadly. Sorry for quality, but this is not the case here, you can see what im talking about

same thing here. it bothers me a lot while playing. especially if i mouseover loot while moving.
the effect is twice as noticeable when autocompare is on also.
the game is so smooth aside from that issue. it’s a shame something as “light” as tooltips ruin it.
Some for me, also when switching stash tabs after an echo run pauses game for a second in a similar way
