Character leveled from 62 to 63 and had the red + indicating new point. Points usable showed as 1 on the P screen. Clicked valid node to apply, but node did not move from 0, yet usuable points decremented to 0 and red + went away. Comparison with another of my level 63 characters shows that other with one more passive point total. Logged out of affected character and back in, but node is still 0 and no usuable points show.
The devs moved passive points from earlier quests into Chapter 9 so there is a temporary issue with older chars that havent completed Chap 9 yet still have the passive point and when they level up they dont get a new passive.
If this is the case for your characters then you just need to finish the Chapter 9 to get the missing passive back.
If you have already compelted all quests including chapter 9 then there might be a problem…
Ah, that sounds like my problem then. It was the first levelup that character had since starting Chapt 9. And looks like I’ll have to put up with that for a bunch of others that have already finished 8 and moved on to Monos. But I’ll finish 9 with at least one first to see if it’s even worthwhile to go back and do it for others that have started Monos.
I finished act 9 on my character and did not get the passive points I am missing either, so it is most likely just a bug.
