It seems like the increased area cap in the passive skill “Bloodlust Swarm” In Druid’s Swarmblade Form skill tree (100% increased area cap) is getting its area cap met from other sources, or at least from the other passive of the tree, Slashing Spiral, which increases the area by up to 100% as well. The expected behaviour, to me, would be that with those two passives stacked, you could reach up to 200% increased area, but it seems like that having pre-existing area% makes Bloodlust Swarm do less, or nothing, to the area of the skill.
