Crafting Materials are consumed by both the person crafting and the others in the party. In the video, I had my friend use a Glyph of Hope on an item. After going to another area, my inventory refreshes and it seems to have used my Glyph of Hope as well.

Have repeated this bug 9 times without fail.
Only occurs when both party members are in the same area.
Happens with most/all runes/glyphs, haven’t tested if it consumes affix shards or not.
