While joining a party with friends unable to see other members of party and severe lag. Current ping is 41ms and in the green. Their pings are also around the same. Eventually game lagged out. Tried rebooting game and PC.

Same thing here, my party member and I are constantly suffering from long loading screens between areas, and asynchronous character movement and actions.
Which ended it for us leaving the multiplayer mode.
