Paranoia Item bugged 2 problems

The item “Paranoia” has a couple problems. First it states that it reduces lunge cooldown by (mine is 35%), but it is in fact adding 35% more time to the cooldown. Second Paranoia states that Lunge no longer requires a target. Lunge will however not work without a target with paranoia equipped. It still requires a target as it normally does.

About the first part
The helmet says “reduced cooldown recovery speed”.
That is not reduced cooldown recovery.
We are talking about the speed your cooldown come back. Reduced speed means longer cooldown.
