Paranoia has odd interactions with some nodes on the lunge skill tree

Art of the Spear (Final hit deals damage in an extended rectangle):
This node seems to have no effect at all outside changing the visuals. It is very easy to make the vfx pass right through the dummy without dealing any damage by targeting the ground very close to the dummy.

Blade Stream (melee damage along path):
Paranoia makes it possible to cause an enemy to take both the path and the final hit damage if you target the ground just behind them.

Pilum Assault (Final hit causes you to use javelin):
Similar to Blade Stream, there are some specific areas where hitboxes can overlap and cause unexpectedly high damage.

Final hit in general:
When using Paranoia the final hit is not consistent in hitting a target even if you place the mouse cursor directly over them.

Most of this could be resolved by making untargeted lunge also increase the size of the final hit AOE and possibly preventing the multiple hits from happening if they are not intended. (And if they are intended, they are near impossible to do consistently)
