Node says “… and gain haste on heal while you are below your endurance threshold”.

At the attached img “stats” you can see that my full health is already below endu threshold. So when i’m using “sigils of hope” to heal or go straight “healing hand”, i’m not getting haste. Even if i’m not at full health and lose 100-200hp haste still not there, so being at full hp is not the reason. Then at some point of losing hp i can finally get haste, so my suggestion that this node doesn’t take into account added threshold from “sigils of hope” node.
