Packet lost in game

I have reported this in the game many times, graphic disappear, unable to zone without leaving the game, even had a zone load with nothing there but the overlay map. Unable to pick up items. I have to refresh the game by logging out, to refresh what was missing, it has impeded game play. Sometimes having to complete the zone 2 or more times just to get the update. I know it’s not my system.
Processor: 13th Gen intel core i9
Ram: 32 GB
Graphic card: Nivida 4070 Ti
Windows 11
Ping rate: 27 MS west coast server (online)

No issues in solo mode offline

I have tried almost all video settings, from low to very high, it does not matter, the problem has gotten worse over the past couple of days. Last Epoch is the only issue I have. I run D4, POS, WOW very high graphics no issue.

After the latest update, the problem still exists. It worked great the day of the patch but had small minor issues. But today I have restarted my computer 4 times and each time the game works great for half a zone, then goes haywire.
