I didn’t get any gifts and I’ve been trying to play since the game was released
So when do we get the gift. I dont see it
Recent update post by the devs say that everyone will receive it by Friday 1 March, but they have the team working to resolve current issues as the priority.

I put off playing immediately on release day because there are always teething problems.
Based on the fact that all through beta you guys/gals have been fantastic in developing something so fantastic it is a real breath of fresh air, I’m going to just chill while you poor sods have to fix the issues.
Looking forward to playing the new masteries. My sincerest thanks and best wishes to all of you and thanks for your hard work and hours to keep us happy.
How do I get this and my pre-order items? I am in online mode but don’t see these anywhere. Please help.
I also start to regret this game a littel bit…A longer refund time could be nice to have.
