Please could someone let us know how to claim it in game? Even the Twitch dropped cape has already shown up in cosmetics already but not this one.

I didn’t receive mine after logging in. Is it a time delay problem or is there another way to claim it?

How to receive that so called gift?
Allow us to use cosmetics offline is the only gift i want right now or even care about, this is frustrating, i don’t want or care to play online but i’m forced to if i want to use the cosmetics i’ve purchased, meaning i have to sit and deal with all these connection issues when there’s an easy solution sitting right there that also removes so much stress from your current online issues.
Also didn’t get this gift either, nor the twitch drop.
we who bought the game nearly 1 year ago should get something special aswell!

Thanks for the gift of the cloak but where do we find it? I can see the current purple twitch drop cape but not this one.
Sadly didn’t get it either 
I guess I would have to be able to log in to receive a gift… I still cant get into the game.
